It is safe to use on the skin. Holographic Glitter is a perfect festival glitter. Apply over any ColorOn Instant Eye Shadow for some added sparkle! Also, great for Stage Performances, Festival Makeup or Halloween Body Painting.
HOW TO USE WITH COLORON HOLOGRAPHIC GLITTER:
- Apply ColorOn Instant Eye Shadow to eye according to directions.
- Prior to apply the setting powder, apply glitter to the wet cream eye shadow.
- Tap a small amount of glitter to the eye shadow in the desired location using a pressing motion.
- Set the entire eye shadow application with setting powder using a pressing motion.
- Less setting powder is needed in the area were glitter has been applied.
HOW TO USE ON FACE OR BODY:
- Using ColorOn Stik It Glue, remove wand and apply glue to skin.
- Let the Stik It Glue dry for a 10-15 seconds until tacky.
- Dip makeup brush into glitter and apply glitter to skin using a pressing motion.
- Do not apply glitter using a sweeping motion across skin, this will create fall out and clumping.
Packaged in a 10g jar with sifter cap for easy access.
